The 2021 international "ArtCamp Andorra", organised in collaboration with the National Commission of UNESCO and the Andorran Ministry of Education, saw the adoption of the "Andorra Declaration for the Promotion of Cultural Diplomacy through Higher Education Institutions and the Arts", promoted by the Universitat d’Andorra.
