The University of Guadalajara launched on Monday, March 6, 2023, the new UNESCO Chair "Internationalization of the Higher Education and Global Citizenship". IAU Secretary General, Hiligje vat Land and Francesc Pedró, Head of the UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (IESALC) took part to the inauguration speech.
