The EU-funded SAFE project "Supporting At-risk researchers with Fellowships in Europe" offers up to 60 fellowships for at-risk doctoral and postdoctoral researchers of any non-EU nationality for a research stay at a higher education and research institution in the EU. The project offers an optional matchmaking service until mid-December to help researchers and host institutions without prior contacts to connect for a joint application.
Host institutions established in the EU can now submit applications on behalf of eligible non-EU researchers at risk. The call will remain open until 20 January 2025, at 23:59 (CET). For more details on the application process, please refer to the attached Call document and Terms of References for Applicants.
The SAFE launch event and info session will take place virtually tomorrow, 19 November 2024, from 14:00 to 15:30 CET. This webinar aims at informing potential host institutions in the EU, as well as researchers at risk from any non-EU nationality about the call for applications and matchmaking service. Registrations for the webinar are possible until today through this Zoom link. Contact : info.safe@daad.de
