The Magna Charta Observatory, (MCO) an organization committed to advancing academic freedom and service to society, is holding its annual conference on 16 and 17 October 2019 in Hamilton, Canada, at the McMaster University, an IAU member. The theme of the MCO conference 2019 is : "University freedoms and responsibilities: responding to the challenges of the future".
