The Department of Mathematics, Assam Don Bosco University launches a call for participation to the “International Symposium on Recent Advances in Mathematics & Applications” that they will be organising on 28 October 2021. This Symposium aims to focus on current and significant research topics in Mathematical Sciences. Mathematics - the cradle of all creations helps us understand the world since the development of Mathematics is intricately interwoven with the progress of civilization, influencing the course of history through its application in science and technology. The modern period of mathematics is characterized by the comprehensive and systematic synthesis of mathematical knowledge which is remarkable for uncovering of deep structural phenomena including the generalization, unification and synthesis of all of mathematics. Four World Famous Mathematicians - Professor Shihoko Ishii, University of Tokyo and Tokyo Institute of Technology, Professor Stefano Galatolo, University of Pisa, Professor Xiaoying Han, of Auburn University, Alabama and Professor Martin Bohner, of Missouri University of Science and Technology will deliver talks on the topics of most recent developments in Mathematics.
The Symposium is a step forward towards achieving objectives of SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 17 (Global Partnership).
